Can you believe it? One of my favorite Southeast Asian fruits, Rambutan! In freeze-dried form at Trader Joe's!! Unfortunately, it's not all that fantastic. I actually prefer the freeze-dried version of some fruits, like pear, but not this one. It is a pretty good substitute for fresh, considering Malaysia is on the other side of the world.
